Horošo Points

Horošo has a loyalty program. Members receive Horošo Points («Horošo Bodove» – HB) for orders, and can then use those points to pay for new orders.

One HB = one Euro discount.

At launch, we return 10% of the paid order amount in HB. If you visit us more often, your level can grow to 20%. That is approximately every sixth drink for free.

The robot will help you track points, participation status, and it will be a usual way to write to us if something goes wrong.

Horošo Bar Loyalty Program Rules

1. What Horošo Points are

Horošo Points, or HB («Horošo Bodove»), are points in the Horošo loyalty program.

Members receive HB for paid orders, and can then use them to pay for part of new orders.

One HB = one euro discount.

HB are not money, are not paid out in cash, and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. How to join the program

To participate in the program, you need to tell us:

  • first and last name;
  • phone number;
  • optionally, date of birth.

We need the first and last name so that we can find the member in the system, address them, and distinguish them from other guests.

We do not require document names. You can use a non-passport name, a nickname, or any ordinary first and last name that will make the member easy to find.

The phone number is needed to identify the member in the program. We will not call this number and will not send SMS.

Technically, you can provide a made-up number, but then the member is responsible for remembering it later. This is the number we will use to find them in the program.

The date of birth is needed only so that we can congratulate the member and, possibly, make a gift.

Horošo Robot can send information about earned and spent HB, participation status, and important program changes.

4. What HB are earned for

HB are earned for goods and categories that participate in the program.

Normally these are drinks and other items that we have explicitly included in the loyalty program.

Some goods and categories may not participate in the program. For example:

  • coffee beans;
  • special promotions;
  • events;
  • services;
  • partner offers;
  • individual menu items.

You can ask the barista how exactly the program works at a given moment.

5. Which amount HB are earned from

HB are earned from the amount of the order that was actually paid with money:

  • after discounts;
  • excluding the part of the order paid with HB;
  • only for goods and categories that participate in the program.

For example, if part of an order is paid with HB, new HB are earned only on the part that was paid in the usual way.

6. When HB become available

Usually HB become available immediately after the order is paid.

Sometimes there may be a technical delay. If the points have not appeared, it is worth writing to us in Horošo Robot, and we will investigate.

7. Participation levels

The base earning level is 10% of the paid order amount.

If a member spends more, the level can increase:

  • 15% - if more than 40 euros were paid in the previous 30 days;
  • 20% - if more than 80 euros were paid in the previous 30 days.

The participation level is recalculated once a day, at night.

8. How to receive HB for an order

For an order to be linked to a program member, the member must tell us about participation in the program in advance, before payment.

To find the member, we need the phone number given during registration.

If the member did not mention participation before the order was closed, earning HB for that order may be impossible.

9. How to spend HB

HB can be used to pay for part of a new order.

Points cannot be used to pay 100% of an order. Some part of the amount must be paid in the usual way - by cash, card, or another available payment method.

This is needed, among other things, for correct fiscalization of the transaction.

10. HB validity period

We guarantee that HB are kept for 6 months from the moment they are received.

After that, HB may expire.

We recommend spending HB within a month after receiving them: this makes them easier to remember and more pleasant to use.

11. Errors, refunds, and disputed situations

If a member thinks that HB were earned incorrectly, spent incorrectly, or did not appear after an order, it is worth writing to us in Horošo Robot.

We will check the situation and, if necessary, make a recalculation.

If an order was cancelled, refunded, or changed, earned or spent HB may also be recalculated.

12. Can members treat friends

Yes, a program member can treat friends and pay for their orders with their own money or their own HB.

But participation in the program cannot be transferred to another person. The accumulated status, phone number, and HB balance belong to a specific member.

13. Partner terms

Horošo Bar may offer partners special loyalty program terms for their employees, clients, members, or guests.

Partner terms may override the general program provisions: earning percentages, levels, thresholds, HB validity period, list of participating goods, and other rules.

If a member participates in a partner program, the standard level rules may not apply to them.

14. Personal data

To operate the program, we use data that the member gives us:

  • first and last name;
  • phone number;
  • date of birth, if the member provided it;
  • history of earning and spending HB;
  • information about orders linked to the loyalty program.

This data is needed to identify the member, earn and spend HB, improve service quality, prepare statistics, and send more relevant information about new offers.

For example, if a member usually likes milkshakes, it may be more useful for them to hear about a new milkshake than about a new lemonade.

We do not sell member data and do not transfer it to outsiders for someone else's advertising. Data may be processed by technical services that we need to operate the program, cash register, accounting, and communication with members.

15. How to leave the program

A member can leave the loyalty program and ask us to delete their data.

To do this, they need to write to us directly through Horošo Robot.

We will process such a request within three business days.

After leaving the program, unused HB will be cancelled.

16. Changes to rules and participation in the program

Horošo Bar may update the program rules without separately notifying every member.

We will try to announce significant changes in our Telegram channel or through Horošo Robot.

Horošo Bar may refuse participation in the program, change the participation level, suspend or terminate participation in the program in case of an error, technical failure, abuse, violation of the rules, an individual agreement with a member or partner, or for other reasons.
